Requirements
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Have and maintain valid “Food Managers License”
Responsibilities
- Cross-train in all areas of operation
- Work rotating shifts as needed
- Work cooperatively with, and independently of, the store manager
- Properly train and direct kitchen staff for success
- Ensure Food Safety Regulations are being followed
- Maintain Fully Executed Production Levels at all times
