About The Position

ProSidian is seeking a C&SCM Supply Chain Management Consultant for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. This role involves hybrid work (on/off client site and virtual) in the Aiken, SC area, supporting a NNSA contractor managing nuclear site operations with complex regulatory and procurement requirements. The consultant will be aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Supply Chain Specialist / Operations Manager and is ideal for candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience. This position focuses on Comprehensive Procedural Support for Savannah River Nuclear Solution’s (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM), specifically in Operational Domain Procedure Development (SCM Execution Layers). ProSidian reserves the right to convert this to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The consultant will support supply chain operations, supplier engagement, logistics, inventory, and procurement execution aligned with DOE/NNSA mission requirements, developing practical SCM execution procedures across procurement, suppliers, logistics, inventory, property, and operations. The goal is to design integrated, compliant Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) processes, procedures, and cross-functional workflows to improve efficiency, alignment, and operational execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years supply chain, procurement operations, logistics, inventory, property, warehousing, or supplier management experience.
  • Preference for DOE/NNSA, federal, defense, energy, nuclear, environmental management, or highly regulated operating environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, engineering, or related field.
  • Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities.
  • Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office (advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio).
  • Ability to quickly learn other tools as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, C.P.M., NPMA, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop procedures for supply chain procurement, supplier readiness, field procurement, warehouse operations, receiving, delivery, inventory control, property management, excess and salvage, material access, chemical management, and related SCM programs.
  • Validate workflows with operational stakeholders.
  • Establish a communication plan that outlines the frequency and methods of communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
  • Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures.
  • Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures.
  • Develop Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts; Visually appealing flow chart demonstrating the acquisition life cycle.
  • Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Maintain procedural, form, and terms and condition compliance resulting from changes to prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
