About The Position

ProSidian seeks a C&SCM Audit & Compliance Manager for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. This role is hybrid, involving both on-site and virtual work in the Aiken, SC area, supporting a NNSA contractor managing nuclear site operations with complex regulatory and procurement requirements. The position is aligned with the GSA Labor Category: Senior Compliance Specialist. We are looking for candidates with relevant Nuclear and Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagements. This is a Compliance Sustainment, Audit Readiness & Lifecycle Maintenance role within the Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) function, focusing on procedural support for Savannah River Nuclear Solution’s (SRNS). ProSidian reserves the right to convert this to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The C&SCM Audit & Compliance Manager oversees compliance audits, ensures procedural adherence, manages regulatory updates, and supports long-term compliance sustainment. This role maintains lifecycle compliance, audit readiness, and controlled updates as contracts, regulations, and procedures evolve. Compliance Sustainment, Audit Readiness & Lifecycle Maintenance is part of a Management and Operations Consulting Engagement for Nuclear and Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support, sustaining compliance, ensuring audit readiness, and maintaining lifecycle procedures by adapting to evolving regulatory and contract requirements. The core functional area disciplines include Nuclear And Environmental Management, Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM), Procedural Support, Compliance Sustainment, Audit Readiness & Lifecycle Maintenance. The purpose is to maintain long-term compliance and procedural integrity. This role drives Deliverable #8, ongoing for a 5-year period of performance, focusing on Compliance Maintenance Documentation, including procedures to maintain compliance with changes to the prime contract, governing documents, applicable laws, and SRS procedures, and a schedule for regular reviews and updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, law, public administration, supply chain, quality, or related field.
  • 8+ years compliance management, internal audit, federal contract compliance, procurement controls, quality assurance, or regulated program oversight experience.
  • Familiarity with DOE/NNSA, FAR/DEAR, M&O, or nuclear/environmental management environments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance documentation; monitor changes to prime contract, FAR, DEAR, DOE directives, governing documents, and SRS procedures; manage update schedules; support audit readiness; coordinate version control; validate continued alignment of forms, T&Cs, and procedures.
  • Establish a communication plan that outlines the frequency and methods of communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
  • Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures.
  • Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures.
  • Develop Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts visually demonstrating the acquisition life cycle.
  • Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Maintain procedural, form, and terms and condition compliance resulting from changes to prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
  • Maintain procedural integrity after initial delivery and supports readiness for internal, SRNS, DOE, or NNSA reviews.
  • Primary sustainment role for Deliverable 8 across the five-year period of performance.
