A class incumbent performs social service administration work overseeing the functional and administrative operations of the Data Match Verification Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Director or Deputy Director in the areas of quality improvement, data match reporting, conducts periodic audits, makes recommendations, and provides data visualization reports and dashboards, ensures timely updates of all datasets and tracking mechanisms. The incumbent would be responsible for Identifying trends based on quantitative analysis and monitors the unit’s productivity and performance. The incumbent will maintain federal and state measurements for all benefit programs within the Division of Social Services.
