Requirements

General computer skills with MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills required
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management, being able to multitask, and meeting deadlines.
Must be able to work collaboratively and independently.
Customer focus
English proficiency is mandatory: One must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in a professional environment

Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding open orders, lead times, average costs for repairs, and advising of current capabilities.
Work in a team-oriented work environment
Follow up and expedite orders.
Provides customers with the requested information, such as paperwork, images, updates on delivery, etc
