About The Position
The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. Our center is seeking a team-oriented Night Shift CNA who is dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service. .

- Valid CNA licensure
- Valid CNA licensure
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with routine nursing care and activities of daily living for patients according to their care plan
- Documents patient care as provided
- Obtain and record vital signs as directed by the assigned nurse
- Respond to patient needs and requests, in addition to routine care
