About The Position
The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility, with 54 private suites, state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. The center is seeking a team-oriented CNA dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service. CNAs provide routine nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living, following each patient's care plan.
Requirements
- Valid CNA licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with routine nursing care and activities of daily living for patients according to their care plans.
- Document patient care as provided.
- Obtain and record vital signs as directed by the assigned nurse.
- Respond to patient needs and requests in addition to providing routine care.
