Requirements

Current valid Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License (required)
Must be able to pass a fitness assessment designated for this job title and perform all physical activities related to the position.

Responsibilities

Teach Nebraska’s 75-hour C.N.A. course
Maximize student participation and understanding of materials, record attendance, and comply with curriculum requirements per Nebraska regulations
Complete skills sign-off and evaluations to ensure student competency
Promote a positive learning environment within the classroom, lab and clinical setting and encourage maximum student participation
Utilize strong collaboration skills with team members to facilitate positive outcomes
Demonstrate accountability for executing the QLI Mission, cultural values, and leadership actions
Role model active problem-solving, critical thinking and outstanding customer service
