The C&I Implementation Manager, Affiliate Support (India) role is crucial for scaling high-quality learning experiences within India, one of Generation's largest country operations. This position focuses on enhancing curriculum implementation, instructional quality, and delivery readiness, particularly for large, partnership-driven programs. The goal is to ensure that growth translates into positive program and learning outcomes by concentrating on quality assurance, implementation excellence, and scalable instructional systems. The role involves close collaboration with India-based program and instructional leaders to ensure programs are coherent, ready for implementation, and aligned with learning standards during scale-up. Reporting to the Global C&I Lead, Affiliate Support, this position acts as a key link between India, Regional, and Global teams, translating local realities into actionable inputs and adapting global tools for the Indian context. It is a hands-on role for a learning and teaching professional passionate about large-scale impact, comfortable with the intersection of instructional quality and program operations, and eager to support innovation, including AI-enabled learning tools. This is a Fixed-Term, remote role, with interviews planned from mid-late May and the position running from approximately June 2026 through mid-April 2027. The role is based in Delhi, India, with a hybrid work model requiring approximately two days per week in the office. Domestic travel within India of up to 25% may be required.
