About The Position

This role is responsible for safely cleaning and sanitizing processing rooms and equipment while understanding and complying with all Food Safety and Safety policies and procedures. The position also involves performing self-inspection (pre-op) in preparation for inspection by Quality Assurance and USDA.
Requirements
- Must understand and comply with all Food Safety and Safety policies and procedures.
- Must be able to perform self-inspection (pre-op) in preparation for inspection by Quality Assurance and USDA.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Using high pressure hoses and chemical applications, clean all bins and trays.
- Ensure all bins and trays meet all sanitation standards as required by USDA.
- Operate Pallet jack
- Operate tray wash machine
