Requirements

Five (5+) years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, business administration, or other relevant industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant field preferred. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.
Experienced with SAP or other relevant ERP systems.
Experienced in establishing processes and developing continuous improvement measures.
Understands principles of FAR/DFARS compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Able to travel <10% of the time.

Responsibilities

Select suppliers and prepare purchase orders for flight orders, goods, and services.
Manage supplier relationships including supplier on-time delivery and quality performance.
Request and analyze quotes from suppliers.
Determine fair and reasonable pricing to ensure the best value for the company.
Support return of hardware/goods as needed.
Facilitate payment of invoices.
Negotiate terms and conditions for purchase orders.
Develop reports, as required, to monitor Key Performance Indicators for supplier performance.
Monitor own procurement KPI metrics, including PR to PO placement.
Adhere to all Quality Management Systems standards and procedures.
Treat all coworkers with respect and dignity ensuring a collaborative culture is continually developed and maintained.
