About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business or 2-3 years of procurement experience in the aerospace industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in the aerospace brokering, distribution, MRO, or trading industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Quantum Control ERP is preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with vendors and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Managing the purchase order process, including initiation, negotiation, and delivery
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and negotiating with vendors to achieve productivity targets
- Maintaining accurate records and reports in ERP to track progress and performance
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
