Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
1 to 4+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, accounting, or supply chain operations.
Negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with SAP is a strong plus.
Understanding of contract law is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work directly with the Corporate Sourcing Manager to identify, research, and evaluate potential vendors based on pricing, reliability, capacity, and quality standards.
Issue and track purchase orders (POs), requests for quotations (RFQs), proposals (RFPs), and information (RFIs).
Monitor stock levels across all locations, coordinate the movement of goods based on location needs, and resolve delivery, invoicing, or damaged-goods issues.
Work with preferred LTL and Truckload carriers to arrange the movement of goods, primarily inter-company shipments.
Update and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with established agreements, industry standards, and internal corporate governance.
