This role is responsible for processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, and collaborating with inventory teams and management to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods. Requirements

HS Diploma or GED is required
Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
This position is not open for non-visa sponsorship.
3-5 years of relevant experience is required
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
SAP
Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is advantageous.
Prior Industrial gas experience

Responsibilities

Research, select and purchase quality products and materials.
Build relationships with suppliers and build alignment with them for the most sustainable and competitive pricing.
Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
Arrange transport of goods and track orders to support the achievement of timely delivery.
Coordinate with the inventory team, management, and stockroom as required.
Assess quality of stock received and resolve any discrepancies through collaboration with suppliers and management.
Manage and facilitate outside processing.
Evaluate and address NCRs on time.
Coordinate with accounting for supplier payments / resolutions etc.
