About The Position

This role is responsible for managing purchasing activities, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years proven experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially when handling invoicing or payment discrepancies.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with legal procedures related to NDAs and supplier contracts is preferred.
