About The Position

The Buyer will ensure procurement of products & services align with the Revo Health purchasing strategy and support supply chain initiatives throughout the organization. This is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM out of our Bloomington location. Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 or more hours per day).
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching within the office environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry office supplies or files weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents.
  • Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly.
  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer).
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, practices, and business ethics guidelines.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, (e.g. HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws, etc.)
  • Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance.
  • Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately, and meet deadlines. Prioritize workload effectively.
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally in face-to-face, phone and email interactions. Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or combination of education preferred experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of project support and/or purchasing experience preferred
  • Experience with purchasing and inventory management software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review and complete purchase orders to align with contract compliance, product standardization, and conformity to policies.
  • Confirm order status, resolve daily issues, and communicate with internal customers.
  • Resolve price discrepancies with vendors and communicate price changes in a timely manner.
  • Proactively manage supply shortage issues.
  • Maintain positive relations with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance, following up on open orders, delivery issues, and invoicing Issues.
  • Maintain purchasing records according to requirements.
  • Assist with purchasing initiatives across the organization.
  • Assist with Supply Chain Management Information Systems management initiatives.
  • Assist with Contracts Management initiatives.
  • Assist with Supply Chain Operations initiatives.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned.
