About The Position

We are seeking a Buyer to support procurement and supply chain operations by ensuring the timely availability of materials, components, and services required to meet business and production needs. This role will partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to manage purchasing activities, monitor supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, and support inventory optimization efforts.

Requirements

1-5 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or materials management experience.
Experience managing purchase orders and supplier relationships in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
Build and maintain supplier relationships while monitoring supplier performance, quality, and delivery metrics.
Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, and Finance teams to support operational requirements.
Identify and resolve supply chain issues, shortages, and delivery risks.
Maintain accurate procurement data, pricing, supplier records, and system information.
Support inventory optimization, cost-control initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and established procedures.
