Centrisys/CNP is an established company and a leader in the centrifuge manufacturing industry. We are an organization that is client-focused, team-driven, and a fast-growing enterprise with great opportunities for advancement. We are currently seeking a Buyer/Planner to join our team.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2–5+ years of experience in purchasing, buying, or planning
• Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, procedures, and manufacturing environments (machining, fabrication, electrical components, industrial commodities, steel, castings)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage projects and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Pre-employment background check & drug screening required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central, CRM systems, and Power BI preferred

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and select vendors that meet the company’s quality, price, and delivery requirements
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions (Demand) and generate purchase orders
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure minimum stock levels are maintained
• Ensure timely delivery of items and follow up with vendors on late orders
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Prepare reports on purchase activity, (Safety Stock Levels) and supplier performance
