About The Position

The Procurement team supports project purchasing and supply chain activities, focusing on project buying and supplier management. This role offers a collaborative culture with strong engagement and development opportunities, working closely with buyers and internal teams. The position is a 9-month contract with the potential for extension or conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• 4-5 years of procurement/buyer experience.
• Strong supply chain knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing procurement workflows and supplier communications.
• Experience using Jira for ticket management.
• Experience using Coupa for purchase order processing.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Aerospace industry experience preferred but not required.
• Coupa system experience is highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated customer obsession and strong delivery-focused mindset.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and purchasing activities.
• Process tickets and requests through Jira.
• Convert requests into purchase orders using Coupa.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
