About The Position
Buyer (Electronics & Components, Issuance) will manage procurement of electronic components and technically complex items, ensuring accurate requisition validation, supplier sourcing, and purchase order execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably with electronics/components
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications or BOMs
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills
- Supplier sourcing experience in electronics/components
- Intermediate English
Nice To Haves
- SAP preferred
- advanced English preferred
Responsibilities
- Review and validate purchase requisitions for electronic components
- Confirm technical specifications and required delivery timelines
- Source and request quotations from qualified suppliers
- Evaluate bids, pricing, and lead times for electronic parts
- Coordinate with engineering to resolve technical questions
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms where applicable
- Generate and issue purchase orders
- Ensure accuracy of technical and commercial data in systems
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies and controls
