Responsibilities

• Daily extract and follow-up on suppliers late deliveries and not acknowledged orders
• Tracking inventory levels to ensure the business has sufficient stock without over-ordering.
• Keeping track of lead times for production, shipping, and receiving to ensure products are available when needed.
• Tracking supplier delivery times, quality, and overall performance to ensure they meet expectations
• Continuously evaluating and improving procurement processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance the supply chain.
• Regularly communicating with internal teams such as sales, logistics and Product managers to align procurement plans with overall business goals
