Butter and Repack Operator 1st Shift
About The Position
This role involves carrying out the manufacturing process for flavor reactions/repack according to work instructions and formulations, while adhering to proper GMP, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP, Kosher, Halas, SQF, ISO 9001:2015 EFfCI, and safety guidelines. The operator is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly manufacturing environment, using appropriate lockout procedures for equipment cleaning, and examining packaging to ensure specifications are met. Additionally, the role includes labeling containers and products, maintaining various logs and records, reporting inventory discrepancies, moving materials, and preparing products for shipping.

- Works within proper GMP, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP, Kosher, Halas, SQF, ISO 9001:2015 EFfCI and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Carries out the manufacturing process for flavor reactions/repack per work instructions and formulations.
- Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly manufacturing environment.
- Uses appropriate lockout procedures when cleaning manufacturing equipment.
- Examines and inspects packaging containers and products to ensure packing specifications are met.
- Labels containers and products with the appropriate labels.
- Maintains all appropriate records; housekeeping, glass inspections, master cleaning records, room logs and any other logs as necessary per manager.
- Reports immediately any discrepancy related to inventory and sales orders to the Inventory Manager.
- Moves materials, tools, equipment and products.
- Prints labels and attaches them to the container and packages following the Packing instructions.
- Assures required documentation is attached to the products for shipping.
- Transports products and/or samples to shipping to process.
