Our Busser positions give team members an opportunity to work in a fast paced, team-oriented, gameday atmosphere taking care of our guests. The Busser plays a key role in supporting the service team by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This position ensures tables are cleared, reset, and ready for new guests promptly, while assisting servers and hosts in creating a positive guest experience. Busser opportunities are part time. Flexible hours and scheduling are available, which is great for the busy student or anyone who has outside obligations. Room for advancement on the team is always a possibility for the right team member!

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 10+ hours
• Ability to work at a fast pace for at least 6 hours consecutively
• Have reliable form of transportation

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is not required but is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing bread/condiments, and delivering items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas, including outdoor areas
• Ensure guest restrooms are clean, stocked and presentable always; including checking paper products, soap, and overall cleanliness during each restroom check; report any maintenance issues immediately
• Ability to adhere to uniform guidelines
• Ability to memorize floor chart and table numbers
