Requirements

Previous experience as a Busser or in a similar support role in a restaurant setting is preferred
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fine-dining or upscale-casual environment
Ability to contribute to a team-driven atmosphere
Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized during busy service periods
Strong communication skills and positive attitude
Focused on maintaining cleanliness and organization
Open availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Responsibilities

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to ensure timely turnover
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restrooms and service stations
Assist servers by providing water, bread, and clearing dishes as needed
Set up and break down service stations, keeping them fully stocked
Work with servers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
Contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests
