About The Position

As a Landmark Restaurant Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. Your primary focus will be maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, promptly clearing and resetting tables to accommodate new patrons efficiently. You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to support smooth service flow and uphold the restaurant's high standards of hospitality. This role requires attentiveness to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating the needs of both guests and team members. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute significantly to the restaurant’s reputation as a welcoming and well-managed establishment.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic understanding of restaurant operations and dining etiquette.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and glassware are removed efficiently.
• Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments to prepare for the next guests.
• Assist servers by delivering water, bread, or other items as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to coordinate timely service and address any guest needs or concerns.
