About The Position

We are bringing an exciting multi-concept venue this fall to one location on the famed Las Vegas Strip that will include a WHATABURGER & Parry’s Pizzeria & TapHouse topped off with Whiskey Union Bourbon Bar on our Mezzanine level. We are looking for high energy people with positive, friendly attitudes to join our team. Our busy restaurants mean consistent hours, flexible schedules and the opportunity to earn a great income. Requirements
- Fun and friendly

- Able to work nights and weekends
- 21 years or older, with beer and alcohol pouring experience
- TAM Card previous to starting
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in with a warm welcome and uncommon hospitality that creates a memorable experience.
- Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails.
- Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up.
- Support quick table turns through bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift.
- Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist with (e.g., floors, muck station, service alley, parking lot etc)
- Create a fun environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team.
- Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties.
- Run food and drinks to guests’ tables and offer refills and to-go supplies whenever needed.
- Help teammates out wherever possible.
- Learn something new ever.
