About The Position

The Busser at Sandbar Grill plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment that enhances the overall guest experience. This position is responsible for efficiently clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring that the dining area is tidy and well-stocked throughout service hours. The Busser supports the front-of-house team by promptly attending to guests' needs and facilitating smooth table turnover during busy periods. Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to prepare for new guests.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and organizing chairs.
• Ensure that service stations are stocked with necessary supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to support smooth and timely service during peak hours.
