THE JOB: The Busser plays a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by keeping the restaurant running smoothly—ensuring the dining room, storerooms, food pickup areas, and beverage stations are spotless, well-stocked, and always guest-ready.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Previous fine dining food and beverage experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support servers and coordinate with hosts and management to ensure smooth guest service and timely table turns
- Set, clear, and reset tables with proper linens, flatware, glassware, and beverages
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining areas, including tables, seating, and floors
