About The Position
The Seasonal Busser at the Marketplace Café supports restaurant operations by promptly clearing tables and carrying dishes to the kitchen for washing. The role may also assist with restaurant setup, cleanup, prep work, and equipment maintenance. Work hours and schedules vary by week based on business needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.
- Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of food service or hospitality experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Quickly and efficiently clear restaurant tables.
- Carry large loads of dishes to the kitchen for washing.
- Support other restaurant areas as needed, including setup, cleanup, prep work, and equipment maintenance.
