About The Position

Ten Five Hospitality is excited to announce the launch of it's new restaurant and lounge concept in Georgetown, The Oak Room. We are seeking dynamic, experienced professionals to join our team as we create an elevated dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining service & a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Requirements

  • Six (6) months previous bar, restaurant, or hotel experience.
  • Excellent listener and communicator.
  • Ability to focus on guest interaction and multitask.
  • Team player and able to anticipate others’ needs.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

  • Making sure that tables are set, silverware is placed correctly, and glasses stay full.
  • Supporting the servers and ensuring all tables are set and cleared in a timely manner.
  • Assisting when asked with guest requests and when needed for server needs.
  • Maintaining cleanliness by picking up any debris or spills/grease on the floor.
  • Looking for overall cleanliness of the dining room by checking chairs, banquettes, as well as underneath tables.
  • Operating as a member of the team, helping others and requesting help when needed.
  • Resetting tables according to the floor plan.
  • Restocking the servers’ station with silverware, plate ware and glassware.
  • Helping clear tables with the assistance of a server.
  • Providing water service and maintenance.
  • Marking tables corresponding to the server section you are assigned to.
  • All other duties as assigned.
