Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly between seatings.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture.
• Carry tubs into the kitchen.
• Ensure that restrooms are cleaned, stocked, and orderly.
