Responsibilities
- Bus tables: clear and wipe down tables
- Remove trash and linen bags when full
- Help servers sweep dining room
- Bring bar bus tubs to the dish area, empty, rinse and replace
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
