About The Position

Big Woods Pizza in Nashville, IN is looking to hire a Busser. As a Busser at Big Woods, you play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, assisting the waitstaff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
Must be 16+ years of age
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Be able to stand for long periods, and lift trays or bus tubs as needed.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

Set up tables with clean tableware, glassware, and utensils before guests arrive. Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
Continuously monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring a neat appearance.
Support the waitstaff by refilling water glasses, delivering food to tables, and addressing guest requests promptly and courteously.
Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, escort them to their tables, and offer assistance as needed.
Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
Stay informed about the restaurant's menu, specials, and promotions to assist guests with inquiries.
Ensure guests have a positive experience by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
