Requirements

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.
Working knowledge of spirits, wine and food
Awareness of basic safety sanitation policies
Ability to acquire a Food Handlers license, Sexual Harassment certification and RBS (Alcohol) certification (before or within 2 weeks of hire date)

Responsibilities

Clear, clean and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow or service
Assist servers by refilling water, bringing extra utensils, and delivering food when needed
Help with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after shifts
Support kitchen and waitstaff by running food and assisting in other tasks as needed
Work as part of a team to provide an outstanding guest experience
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guest and team members
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe restaurant environment
Transport full bus bins to dishwasher regularly
Routinely sweep and mop floors, wipe windows and mirrors and take out the trash, recycling and compost when full
