About The Position

Prepares dining rooms for use, cleans appropriate areas, and sets tables for further use ensuring a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended. These background checks may include, but are not limited to: Credit Check, Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Completes all established set-up, stocking and closing duties on time.
• Clears, cleans and resets tables according to procedures.
• Cleans area under and around tables and hutches.
• Knows and adheres to health and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Demonstrates a courteous, friendly, polite, congenial and efficient attitude.
• Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
• Other assignments as directed.
