About The Position

Every great dining experience starts with a table that’s clean, comfortable, and ready to welcome guests in - that’s where you come in. As a Busser, you help set the tone for hospitality from the very beginning. You’re doing more than clearing tables, you’re resetting the stage for new memories to be made. Working closely with the dining room team, you’ll keep things moving smoothly, helping create the kind of experience guests remember long after the meal is over. Cracker Barrel is looking for individuals who spot what needs doing and jump in to help, feel proud of making things better for others, stay organized and move with purpose, and bring a team-first mindset. No restaurant experience is required as the company provides all necessary training.
