Requirements
- Part-Time Busser
- 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, 2 to 3 evenings during the weekday and weekends
Responsibilities
- Reset tables properly after cleaning and sanitizing.
- Fill all sugar containers and replace empty salt and pepper shakers after each meal.
- Clean silverware and cup storage areas.
- Clean tables and furniture in private dining venues.
- Follow all cleaning schedules as designed by supervisor.
- Vacuum and sweep floors as needed and after each meal.
- Clean bus carts and tubs used for service.
- Clean walk-in cooler shelves and reach-in refrigerators as assigned.
- Replenish stations in dining areas as needed (condiments, flatware, serving ware, and food items).
- Assist in other tasks as designated by the supervisor
