About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Busser. The Restaurant Busser plays a vital role in ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for guests. This position supports the waitstaff by promptly clearing and resetting tables, assisting with service flow, and maintaining overall cleanliness in the dining area. The busser contributes to a positive guest experience by enabling efficient table turnover and helping the team maintain high standards of hospitality. This role requires attentiveness, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to anticipating the needs of both guests and staff. Ultimately, the busser helps create a seamless dining experience that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to prepare for the next guests.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or condiments, and responding to guest requests as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas by sweeping floors, wiping down chairs, and promptly cleaning spills.
• Ensure that all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, timely service during peak hours.
