About The Position
Busser Team Members maintain a clean and sanitary dining room for guests and provide dependable, fast service. The role supports the service team and helps maintain a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. The position requires some evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Clear dishes, sweep dining room floors, stock supplies, sanitize contact surfaces, and reset tables for the next guests.
- Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager.
- Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
