About The Position

As a Busser, you help create a clean, welcoming environment that supports both guests and team members.

The Busser supports restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, assisting servers, and ensuring guests have a positive and efficient dining experience. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of service in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
This is a non-exempt position that works closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Requirements

• Ability to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation: Stand and walk for extended periods, Lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds, Bend, reach, stoop, and move frequently, Perform repetitive motions, including lifting and clearing tables, Work in a fast-paced, high-traffic restaurant environment

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain dining room flow
• Assist servers and bartenders by delivering food, beverages, and service items as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including floors, tables, and service areas
• Refill beverages such as water and assist with guest needs when appropriate
• Stock service stations with supplies, including utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service
• Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs
