About The Position
Major Food Group is hiring part-time Bussers to join our team at Sadelle's Coconut Grove! Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s classic tradition of all-day dining. Since opening its first location in the heart of SoHo in 2016, the brand has reached iconic status thanks to its urbane, celebratory atmosphere and a menu of hits, including the best bagels in America.
Requirements
- Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
- Deep knowledge of food service
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
- Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.
- 2-3 years experience in an upscale restaurant a must
Nice To Haves
- Experience in high-volume restaurants a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests
- Clean, set and reset tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties
- Serve water, bread and coffee and greet guests by name whenever possible during the course of meal service
- Ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner and rendering a high level of customer service
