Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly between seatings.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment, both inside and outside.
• Sweep and mop floors, wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture.
• Carry tubs into the kitchen.
• Ensure restrooms are cleaned, stocked, and orderly.
