About The Position

Smokey Bones is seeking a Busser to join their team. This role involves supporting the dining room operations by ensuring tables are clean and reset, assisting with food running, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. Requirements

• Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
• Strong attention to detail
• High energy levels
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent verbal communication
• Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
• Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift.
• Able to hear, understand, and respond to employees’ and guests’ requests in a loud environment.
• Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Roll clean silverware for service
• Remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave
• Sweep service area, take out trash, help with dishes
• Help with food running and guest service as needed
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
• Follow Manager directions throughout a shift
• Able to interact with guests and help with guest needs
