Responsibilities
- Make sure that the tables are clear, cleaned and reset quickly between seatings.
- Ensure a clean restaurant, both inside and outside.
- Sweep and mop floors, wipe down workstations, walls and furniture, and carry tubs into the kitchen.
- Ensure that restrooms are cleaned, stocked and orderly.
