About The Position

A Busser is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment while supporting servers and ensuring guests receive fast, friendly, and efficient service. This role involves clearing and resetting tables, transporting dirty dishes and glassware to the kitchen, replenishing service stations with essential supplies, and assisting with customer requests. Bussers must thrive in a fast-paced setting, handle multiple tasks under time constraints, and consistently provide courteous service that enhances the guest experience. Building positive guest relationships through professional interactions, learning guest preferences, and providing accurate information about amenities and events are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old
• Obtain alcohol service certification within 30 days of hire
• Pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening
