About The Position
As a Busser at Scarlet Oak Tavern, you will be responsible for ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained. You will work closely with the restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Busser or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Set up the dining area before service and prepare tables for guests.
- Clear tables of dishes and debris after guests have finished their meals.
- Clean and reset tables for new guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times, including wiping down tables and chairs.
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Help with other tasks as assigned by the restaurant management team.
