Busser (Part-Time) – The Roof Restaurant | $18–$22/hr Work at One of Salt Lake City’s Most Iconic Hospitality Destinations! Located inside the historic Joseph Smith Memorial Building on Temple Square, The Roof Restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience in one of the most beautiful venues in Utah. From upscale dining at The Roof Restaurant overlooking the Salt Lake Valley to elegant banquets and celebrations, our team delivers exceptional hospitality, outstanding food, and memorable guest experiences. We’re looking for Busser who are passionate professionals and take pride in their craft, contributing to a team known for excellence. Part-time | 20-30 hours/week | 3-5 shifts

Requirements

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Strong work ethic and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards
Consistent reliability and punctuality
Professional demeanor with a guest-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Clear tables promptly and efficiently by removing dishes, glassware, and utensils
Reset tables to restaurant standards including proper placements of linens, silverware, and glassware
Assist servers by refilling water glasses and providing guest support when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, side stations, and service areas
Assist with polishing silverware, glassware, and restocking supplies
Supports servers and runners during high-volume service periods
Assist with private events, large parties, and busy service shifts
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and guest-focused service
Preform additional duties as assigned
