About The Position

- The ideal busser is responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and dining area. They will maintain a safe environment and be polite and friendly to guests

Requirements

• Food Handler's Card
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Customer service
• Prior bussing experience
• Prior restaurant experience

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, dining room
• Clear, organize, and consolidate dirty dishes
• Use pushcart to buss and transport dishes to dish pit
• Restock supplies
• Maintain busser station
• Sweep and mop
• Take out trash
• Set up and break down
• Be polite and friendly to guests
• Other duties as assigned
