About The Position

Assists food and beverage staff in cleaning and maintaining the work environment. This role involves stocking, cleaning, resetting tables, and maintaining equipment to ensure food and beverage areas meet company standards and regulations. The Busser will also stay informed about property events and operating hours for all F&B outlets and may be assigned to various F&B stations within the casino and/or hotel. Providing excellent guest service is a key aspect of this position, along with adhering to all Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods of time.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
• Sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.

Responsibilities

• Stocks all areas of the outlet.
• Cleans, resets and maintains tables.
• Maintains all equipment.
• Assures F&B areas are maintained in accordance with company standards, as well as all applicable regulations.
• Remains up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• May be assigned to Food & Beverage work stations of the casino and/or hotel.
• Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
• Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
