About The Position

The Busser at Nordstrom Grill is responsible for quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables and carrying large loads of dishes to the kitchen for washing. The role also supports other restaurant areas as needed, including setup, cleanup, prep work, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to outstanding customer service. Hours and schedules vary by week based on business needs.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.
• Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
